There will be 6 self-contained single apartments within the grounds, two of which are ready in March 2026, the others in April and May 2026. There will also be a six-bed luxury shared supported living home, with extensive internal space, ensuites with baths and showers and access to the beautiful grounds. Burley House was a prominent 19th-century residence for affluent figures, most notably banker and philanthropist John Smith. The property has been lovingly converted in to 12 self-contained apartments specifically for Leeds residents who have enduring mental health issues. Burley House is located in a conservation area on the outskirts of Leeds city centre.
