Hello, I have worked in the social care sector since 1989, across children’s, adults, and elderly services. I have undertaken many operational and commercial roles, holding a variety of senior management positions for over 20 years. I am proud to have made a positive difference to the lives of many people within complex needs, and additionally helped many to thrive within their own professional roles. I always strive to face each day with a smile, and a positive, supportive and kind approach, which I believe are fundamental to any leadership position and the basis for long lasting and sustainable success.

With a career spanning three and a half decades, Wayne Willis is a seasoned leader in the social care sector. Currently serving as the Nominated Individual for Estocare Ltd Northern Services, Wayne is responsible for the quality and safety of care delivery in Sheffield, Barnsley, and Leeds. His extensive background includes working with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and specialist dementia care. Wayne’s leadership is defined by his belief that care is not just about regulation, but about empowerment. I am a dedicated and results driven Mental Health Senior Manager with over 25 years of experience, leading clinical services and multidisciplinary teams. I bring extensive expertise in strategic planning, service development, crisis response, and quality improvement across diverse care settings including community mental health, acute services, and integrated behavioural health programs. As a values driven leader I am committed to person-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery focused practice. I am passionate about reducing health inequalities, improving staff wellbeing, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. I am recognised for strategic thinking a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to deliver sustainable service improvement within complex health and social care systems.
